水下造粒系统是本公司为适应中小型企业的市场需要，经过总结、独立自主开发、设计而研制的造粒系统。适用于高熔脂树脂、低密度树脂和粘度低的树脂。该系统克服了用水下切粒方式造粒生产适应范围狭窄、调试操作控制复杂、难度大的缺陷。该系统自动化程度高、易于调试和操纵、可兼容于水环造粒方式、工作可靠；并且有机头温度功耗小、温度控制稳定、结构紧凑、调整快捷、调试时间短；同时具有机头、混炼螺杆打开方便，调刀简便，切粒稳定，切粒介质温度调节范围广的特点。
